你可以從犯錯裡感受到譴責以及覺得自己毫無價值，你也可以從犯錯裡學習，然後發現其中潛藏的新的可能性。這也是我希望傳達給我的女兒和兒子的。當他們做功課出現錯誤時，我從來不覺得這是個什麼大問題，我告訴他們沒關係啊，多虧錯誤的出現，我們才能知道自己還不懂的知識，才有不斷學習下去的必要。是的，我感謝和慶祝犯錯。從來就沒有教不好的學生，只有不會教的老師。如果孩子聽不懂我們告訴他的知識，那我們就換一種方式去讓他能理解，或者也是他正在學的東西還不適合他目前的階段......錯誤就像是一段新的對話的呈現，是一種特別的解釋，來讓我們不斷提升。如果我們可以帶著直面犯錯的勇氣，那麼我們的精神將會更加放鬆地去吸收新東西。
There is also the possibility of finding in the mistake learning, or even a new opportunity. That is what we have to transmit to our sons and daughters. When my children make a mistake doing school, I never present them as a problem. I tell them that it doesn't matter, that thanks to that mistake we can look for what they didn't understand and continue learning. Yes, I celebrate mistake. There is no bad students, only bad teachers: if a child doesn’t understand the way we explain him/her something, we have to find another way to reach his/her understanding or consider is not the right moment for this learning. . Mistakes are the occasion of a new dialogue, a different explanation, to continue learning. If there is no fear of failure the spirit is more relaxed in order to assimilate new concepts.
瞭解自己 是最棒的學習
我們生而不同，從而創造了一個多樣性的繽紛世界。我們帶著不同的興趣和不一樣的天賦。愛因斯坦有這麼一句話：如果你以會爬樹來判定一條魚的成功，那這條魚會毫不懷疑自己是愚蠢的。如果你的孩子對畫畫很感興趣，可以在上課的本子裡花好幾個小時亂塗亂畫，千萬不要讓他停止畫畫，也不要責備他。給他盡可能多的畫畫工具，讓他去一個不是以成績好壞來做競爭的畫畫學校，帶他一起去博物館，或給他看一些和繪畫相關的書......給他的興趣一個空間去發展。這些孩子們就有可能是舞蹈家、足球運動員、攝影師、漫畫家、作家、科學家、生物學家，以及更多種可能。可能他們無法端坐幾個小時學習，這不代表他不行；可能他們無法讀好一個故事，這也不代表他們是有缺陷的；可能他們在一個數學的構想裡失敗了，這也不代表他們的人生會失敗。
我們父母應該去創造更多的機會讓他們認識自己，在他們擅長的領域盡可能地提供幫助和支援。怎麼做到呢？去觀察，看到他們喜歡什麼，給他們充分的時間去做他們喜歡做的事：有些孩子喜歡和玩偶作伴，就幫助他們創造故事和開發想法；一些孩子喜歡畫畫、閱讀，另一些則愛唱歌和沉浸在音樂的世界裡，另一些則喜歡戶外活動，比如愛玩球，喜歡奔跑......請記住這不是在浪費時間，這是他們最關鍵和最基礎的孩童時期：這些自由玩耍的時間讓孩子成為孩子，使他們得以盡情地發展天賦和瞭解自我。
現在很多年輕人在到了選專業的時候卻不知道他們想要什麼，因為他們對自己缺少瞭解，他們只是在完成社會給他們的任務。於是他們就這樣稀裡糊塗、不帶任何感情投入地做了選擇，然後平庸地學習，平庸地生活。然後就毫無意外地選了一個不適合他們的專業。如果一個人是瞭解自己的，知道自己所喜歡的，那這個人就是走在了對的路上，他所做的一切就會帶著激情、熱愛、投入，堅定的把它們完成得很好。
KNOW ONE SELF, THE GREATEST LEARNING
We are all different and that is what gives the world so much diversity. We do not have all the same interests or the same capabilities. "If you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will live its whole life believing that it is stupid," said Albert Einstein. If a child shows interest in drawing, and spends school hours drawing scribbles in his notebook, do not forbid drawing, do not punish him/her. Give him/her more material, take him/her to a drawing school if this school is not based on competition and results, go together to museum, or just offer him/her books about drawing and painting… open him/her the opportunity to develop. There are girls or boys who are dancers, football players, photographers, cartoonists, story tellers, scientists, biologist, and much more. If they cannot spend hours sitting does not mean they are incapable. If they can't read a story correctly does not mean they are incompetent. If they fail to conceive a mathematical problem does not make them unsuccessful. We have to give our children room to know themselves, and we have to support them in their abilities. How? Watching them, seeing what they like, and giving them free time to do what they want: some children will play with their toys and develop stories and thoughts. Others will start drawing, or reading, others to sing or play music, others will go out with the ball or run ... And that is not a waste of time. That is the essential, fundamental time of childhood: This free time allows the child to be a child, develop freely and know himself. Many young people reach the age of choosing a career and do not know what they like. They do not know themselves; they only followed their duties for years. Choosing without the soul, without conviction. They study mediocrely and without happiness. Thus they come to choose a profession that does not fit them. If one knows oneself, if one knows what one likes, in which one is good, then all life can be done by doing things with passion, love, interest, and, without a doubt, doing it well.
